HARTFORD – Amato Properties LLC sold the Old Lyme Shopping Center at 19 Halls Rd. in Old Lyme, CT to Target Realty for $3.58 million, or about $84 per square foot.
The two-story, 42,465-square-foot shopping center was built in 1964 and 1991.
Donald Mondani of Mondani & Associates LLC represented the seller.
